Personal Information
NJC is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. When you visit NJC’s websites, you may decide to provide us with your personal information by registering interest in the school, signing up online for an event, or making a payment (as examples). Consequently, we may store information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and other data that you provided, either electronically or in physical files. This information is shared with NJC – including the Office of Advancement and Alumni Relations, The NJC Fund and NJC volunteers – for communication purposes. In addition, the school solicits the financial and volunteer support of its many constituents worldwide. We will retain your personal information, should you provide it, for the period necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or until it is no longer needed, whichever is the longer.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
The California Consumer Privacy Act, also referred to as CCPA, is a privacy-centric bill aimed at protecting the privacy of California consumers. Personal correspondence sent to NJC, including emails, letters, and entries made across our social media platforms will be collected and stored. Notes, ideas, suggestions or other material submitted by users will be treated as property of Neuchâtel Junior College.
